The amendments of these Regulations made by Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism (Firearms and Customs Laws) Act 2026 apply in relation to: (a) goods imported into Australia on or after the commencement of that Part; or (b) goods exported from Australia on or after the commencement of that Part.
