148 Notice of Collector’s sale
(1) For paragraph 276(a) of the Act, public notice of a sale by the Collector must be made by: (a) advertisement in a newspaper circulating in the locality where the sale is to be held; and (b) notice published on the Department’s website. (2) Sales must not be held until after the end of 1 week from the first notification of the sale, or such longer period as the Collector approves. (3) Subsection (2) does not apply to the sale of perishable goods or living animals.
