129 Forfeited ships—prescribed Acts
(1) For paragraph 228(2)(c) of the Act, the following Acts are prescribed: (a) the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999; (b) the Fisheries Management Act 1991; (c) the Torres Strait Fisheries Act 1984. (2) For paragraph 228(3)(c) of the Act, the Maritime Powers Act 2013 is prescribed.
