#### 23 Transitional matters—amendments made by the Charter of the United Nations Legislation Amendment (Sanctions) Regulations 2026 (1) In this regulation: > amending regulations means Schedule 1 to the Charter of the United Nations Legislation Amendment (Sanctions) Regulations 2026. > commencement time means the commencement of this regulation. > new regulations means these Regulations as amended by the amending regulations. > old regulations means these Regulations as in force immediately before the commencement time.
