18 Transitional matters—amendments made by the Customs Legislation Amendment (Vaping Goods) Regulations 2023
Subregulation 5A(1) of these Regulations, as inserted by Schedule 1 to the Customs Legislation Amendment (Vaping Goods) Regulations 2023, applies in relation to: (a) disposable vapes imported into Australia on or after 1 January 2024; and (b) any other vaping goods imported into Australia on or after 1 March 2024.
