#### 11 Transitional matters—effect of the Customs Legislation Amendment (Prohibited Exports and Imports) Regulations 2019 on drug importation approvals The Customs (Prohibited Imports) (Importation of Hemp Seeds and Hemp Derived Products) Approval 2018 continues in force on and from the commencement of the Customs Legislation Amendment (Prohibited Exports and Imports) Regulations 2019 (the amending Regulations) as if it had been made under subregulation 5(3) of this instrument as amended by the amending Regulations.
