#### 17 Transitional matters—amendments made by the Customs and Other Legislation Amendment (Australian Border Force) Regulation 2015 (1) The amendment of regulation 10B made by the Customs and Other Legislation Amendment (Australian Border Force) Regulation 2015 applies in relation to licences granted under regulation 10A before, on or after 1 July 2015. (2) A requirement made by the CEO before 1 July 2015 as mentioned in paragraph 10B(1)(c) or (e) that had not been complied with before that day is taken on and after that day to have been a requirement made by the Comptroller‑General of Customs.
