#### 269ZZS The review of a negative prima facie decision (1) The Review Officer must make a decision on an application for the review of a negative prima facie decision by: (a) affirming the reviewable decision; or (b) revoking the reviewable decision and substituting a new decision accepting the application under subsection 269TB(1) or (2) (as the case requires). (2) As soon as practicable after a new decision is substituted under subsection (1), the CEO must publish a notice under subsection 269TC(4) in respect of the application referred to in paragraph (1)(b). (3) In making a decision under this section, the Review Officer must have regard only to information that was before the CEO when the CEO made the reviewable decision. (4) The Review Officer’s decision must be made within 60 days after the receipt of the application for the review or such longer period allowed by the Minister in writing because of special circumstances.
