#### 269ZZR Rejection of application for review of termination decision The Review Officer must reject an application for a review of a termination decision if: (a) the applicant in respect of the application claims that information included in it is confidential or is information whose publication would adversely affect a person’s business or commercial interest; and (b) the applicant fails to give a summary of that information to the Review Officer in accordance with section 269ZZY.
