269ZZAReviewable decisions

#### 269ZZA Reviewable decisions (1) This Subdivision deals with the review by the Review Officer of the following decisions: (a) a decision by the Minister to publish a dumping duty notice under subsection 269TG(1) or (2) or 269TH(1) or (2), or a countervailing duty notice under subsection 269TJ(1) or (2) or 269TK(1) or (2); (b) a decision by the Minister under subsection 269TL(1) not to publish such a notice. (2) A reference to a decision by the Minister in paragraph (1)(a) or (b) does not include a reference to such a decision made by the Minister following a review under Division 5 or 6 or this Subdivision. > Note: The Review Officer only has the power to make certain recommendations to the Minister following a review of a decision under this Subdivision (see section 269ZZK). The Review Officer may not revoke the Minister’s decision or substitute another decision.
