269ZUReview Officer may supply information

#### 269ZU Review Officer may supply information (1) Subject to this section, the Review Officer may supply information (including personal information) received by the Review Officer under this Act to a person. (2) The Review Officer or a person whose services are being made available to the Review Officer under section 269ZT must not: (a) except for the purposes of this Act, supply information (other than personal information) to a person if the supplying of the information would constitute a breach of confidence; and (b) supply personal information to a person unless the information is supplied to the CEO, or an officer of Customs designated in writing by the CEO, for purposes relating to a reinvestigation conducted under section 269ZZL. (3) Paragraph (2)(a) does not apply to the supply of information to: (a) the Minister; or (b) the CEO; or (c) the Secretary to the Department; or (d) an officer of Customs designated in writing by the CEO; or (e) a person who is employed in the Department and who is designated in writing by the Secretary to the Department.
