12 Application of import entry provisions for imported ships or aircraft
In relation to a ship or aircraft that is intended to be imported into Australia: (a) an entry of the ship or aircraft made before the ITM import commencement date must be made in accordance with the unamended Customs Act; and (b) an entry of the ship or aircraft made after the ITM import commencement date must be made in accordance with the amended Customs Act.
