#### 50 Amendments made by the Customs and Other Legislation Amendment (Australian Border Force) Regulation 2015 (1) An application left in accordance with subparagraph 26(2)(e)(ii) before 1 July 2015 is taken on and after that day to have been an application left in accordance with that subparagraph as amended by the Customs and Other Legislation Amendment (Australian Border Force) Regulation 2015. (2) An electronic message transmitted by Customs before 1 July 2015 as mentioned in section 27 is taken on and after that day to have been an electronic message transmitted by a Collector.
