16 Goods for use by or for sale to persons the subject of a Status of Forces Agreement between the Government of Australia and the government of another country (item 11)

By-law (1) This section may be cited as Customs By‑law No. 2300027. Prescribed goods (2) For the purposes of item 11, each of the following goods are goods to which that item applies: (a) goods for sale by commissaries; and (b) goods for use by, or for sale to, persons the subject of a Status of Forces Agreement between the Government of Australia and the government of another country. Conditions (3) Item 11 applies to those goods covered by subsection (2) subject to the condition that those goods are not to be sold or otherwise disposed of by or on behalf of a person referred to in that subsection to a person not referred to in that subsection.
