11 Theatrical costumes or props (item 8)

By-law (1) This section may be cited as Customs By‑law No. 2300023. Prescribed goods (2) For the purposes of item 8, each of the following goods are goods to which that item applies: (a) theatrical costumes; (b) theatrical props made of metal. Conditions (3) Item 8 applies to those goods covered by subsection (2) subject to all of the following conditions: (a) the goods are for use in theatrical representations; (b) the goods are to be exported from Australia within six months of their importation or a further period specified in writing by a Collector; (c) evidence of the exportation of the goods is provided to the Collector.
