#### 6 Tenure of office (1) Subject to this Act, the CEO is to be appointed for a specified period of not more than 5 years but is eligible for re‑appointment. (3) The CEO holds office on such terms and conditions not provided for by this Act or any other Act as the Governor‑General determines.
