#### 11 Disclosure of financial interests (1) The CEO shall give written notice to the Minister of all direct and indirect pecuniary interests that the CEO has or acquires in any business in Australia or elsewhere or in any body corporate carrying on such a business. (2) Subsection (1) applies in addition to section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests).
