This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument formally approves the Import Declaration out of Warehouse (Form N30, B369 Sept 2005) as the required paperwork for moving imported goods from customs/duty‑suspension warehouses into Australia (entering for home consumption) and for substitution returns of like customable goods. It affects importers, customs brokers and warehouse operators, replaces the earlier CEO Instrument No. 22 of 2005, and commenced at the statutory "import cut‑over time" for trade system modernisation.
