Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument approves a specific paper form that must be used when reporting aircraft arrivals to Australian Customs.
What it does It gives legal approval to the "ARRIVAL REPORT (AIR)" form (version B358 from September 2005) as the official document for communicating details about when an aircraft arrives at an Australian airport.
Who it affects
Why it matters The Customs Act requires specific reports when aircraft enter Australia. This instrument makes the B358 form the legally recognised way to provide these details on paper (as opposed to electronic reporting). Airlines must use this exact form—or a form meeting the same specifications—to satisfy their legal reporting obligations.
