Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument designates the ARRIVAL REPORT (SEA) (B359 September 2005) form as the approved paperwork for ships’ arrival notifications to Australian authorities. It affects vessel masters and shipping companies bringing ships into Australian ports and the Australian Border Force that processes those reports. By naming the specific form that satisfies the Customs Act reporting requirement when delivered “by document,” it ensures legal compliance and helps streamline maritime border processing.
