Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument formally approves Form B365 ("Impending Arrival Report (Sea)") as the required document for ship masters or operators to notify Australian Customs of a vessel’s impending arrival. That approval makes submissions on the form legally effective under the Customs Act 1901, so affected parties must use it to meet reporting obligations. The instrument takes effect the day after registration.
