I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under section 4A of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) and regulation 41 of the Customs Regulations 1926, hereby approve the attached Incoming passenger card form (No. 15 SPA (Design date 03/05)) as an approved form for the purpose of providing, in the Spanish language, information required under section 71 of the Act in relation to imported goods that are accompanied personal or household effects of a passenger of a ship or aircraft.

CEO Instrument of Approval No. 20 of 2003, dated 28 July 2003, which approved the Incoming passenger card form (No. 15 SPA (Design date 07/03)) is revoked.

This instrument commences on 22 February 2005. Dated: 16 February 2005
