Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This notice revokes Instrument No. 90 (Sept 2005) and approves the Warehouse Declaration (Declaration into a Warehouse - N20), form B368 (Sept 05), for immediate use.
It affects importers, customs brokers and warehouse operators who must use an "approved form" under the Customs Act 1901 (goods covered by s.68 entered for warehousing). Without this approval the N20 would not meet the legal requirement to enter goods into customs warehouses.
