This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument updates the official paperwork that ship operators must use to tell Customs about crew members on board when arriving at an Australian port.
What it does:
Who it affects: Ship masters, operators, and agents who are legally required to report crew details to Australian Customs when a ship arrives at a port.
Why it matters: You must use the approved form to meet your legal obligations. This instrument ensures you are using the current September 2005 version rather than the older June 2004 versions. The form collects details about crew who will be on board at the time of arrival.
