Sets the technical specifications and design for an Australian $10 coin: at least 92.5% silver, circular with a milled edge, standard weight 20.00 g (±0.500 g), 34.10 mm diameter, 2.90 mm thickness, obverse bearing the Queen with "ELIZABETH II", "AUSTRALIA" and "1993", reverse showing a Palm Cockatoo, "TEN DOLLARS" and a small UN Environment Program logo. It binds the issuing authority and coin producers to these material and design requirements and matters because it fixes legal‑tender appearance, composition and production tolerances.
