#### 25 Special provision with respect to certain cheques A cheque dated on or after 14 February 1966 shall be deemed to have been drawn before that date if there is written upon the cheque a certificate by a banker that the cheque was drawn before that date but the cheque shall not, by reason only of the certificate, be taken to be a stale cheque.
