#### 24 Certain days to be non‑business days for purposes of Bills of Exchange Act (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (3) of section 98 of the Bills of Exchange Act 1909‑1958, 10, 11 and 12 February 1966 are non‑business days for the purposes of that Act. (2) Notwithstanding any provision of the Bills of Exchange Act 1909‑1958, a cheque may be presented for payment by a banker (including the banker on whom that cheque is drawn) on any of the days referred to in subsection (1).
