PART 10—OFFENCES AND PENALTIES 10.1 Offences and penalties

4 January 2017 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 19 Under the powers conferred by the section 342 of the Heath Act 1911, subdivision 2 of Part 3 of the Local Government Act 1995 and all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Cunderdin resolved on 17 November 2016 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Cunderdin Health Local Law 2016. This local law comes into operation on the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district. 1.4 Repeal The Shire of Cunderdin Health Local Laws 1998, as published in the Government Gazette on
