Tasmania act
This short Act declares that fees the Crown collected under the Crown Lands Act 1976 (and Acts listed in that Act’s Schedule 1) before this Act starts are taken to have been validly collected (s 3). The Act begins on a day set by proclamation (s 2) and, until changed by an Administrative Arrangements order, is administered by the Minister for Environment, Parks and Heritage and the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment (s 4). This removes legal doubt about past fee collections and fixes who decides and administers the validation.
