Tasmania regulation
This Order extends the deadline for converting "shack sites" under the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 until midnight on 19 November 1999 (s3). It takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (s2) and is administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment. Mechanically, it postpones the time available for eligible landholders to complete conversion steps; it does not amend the Act’s substantive eligibility or other requirements, only the conversion period (s3).
