Tasmania act
This Act extinguishes all public rights of way over a specific parcel: Lot 1 (3,244 m2) on Survey Plan P 140000, part of the Esplanade at East Devonport (s3). It takes effect on Royal Assent (s2). The Minister for Primary Industries, Water and Environment and that Minister’s department administer the Act until an administrative arrangement changes that (s4). The change mechanically removes public access rights over that land and places responsibility for any follow-up decisions with the named Minister and department.
