98 Power of Minister to summon witnesses, &c. (1) The Minister may, for the purpose of determining a matter that under this Act comes before the Minister: (a) summon witnesses; (b) take evidence on oath; and (c) require the production of documents, books and papers. (2) A person who, when properly summoned under this section to give evidence or produce documents, books or papers, fails to attend before the Minister at the time appointed in the summons, or to give evidence or produce documents, books or papers, is guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty: 4 penalty units.
