96 Declaration of routes for travelling stock
The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare routes, not
exceeding 1,610 metres in width, through Crown lands or reserved
land, whether or not that land is held under licence or lease granted
under this or any other Act, to be routes for the passage of
travelling stock.
