90 Application for licence (1) A person may apply to the Minister for the grant of a licence, a renewal of a licence or the extension of the grant of a licence. (2) The application must be: (a) in writing; and (b) accompanied by the prescribed fee. Note for subsection (2) The prescribed fee for an application for a licence is made under section 8. (3) The Minister may request further information from the person making the application. (4) The Minister may return the application to the person and request the person amend the application.
