78Control and management of reserved land

78 Control and management of reserved land (1) Land which has been reserved for a purpose specified in section 76(1) may be managed, regulated or controlled in the manner provided by section 79 or by an Act that provides for the regulation, management or control of the land or, if there is no such Act, in such manner as is prescribed by the Regulations. (2) Where land which has been reserved under section 76 is not managed, regulated or controlled in accordance with section 79, and no Act or Regulations prescribe the manner in which it is to be Crown Lands Act 1992 35 managed, regulated or controlled, the land may be managed, regulated or controlled in such manner and by such persons as the Minister directs. (3) For the purposes of this section, Act includes an Act of the Commonwealth.
