56 Term of lease
(1) Where a lease is for a fixed term, the Minister may, in his or her
discretion, extend the term or renew the lease for such further term
as the Minister thinks fit.
(2) An application for renewal of a lease or for extension of the term of
a lease shall be made in writing before the commencement of the
last year of the lease or before such later date as the Minister
allows.
