47 Consent to transfer etc. of leases (1) An application for consent: (a) to transfer or mortgage a lease granted under this Act; or (b) to create an interest of a type referred to in section 46 in the land included in a lease granted under this Act, is to be made in writing to the Minister. (2) The Minister may grant or refuse consent to an application made under subsection (1).
