46 Transfer etc. of lease
(1) Except as provided by this Act, the lessee under a lease under this
Act shall not, without the consent of the Minister:
(a) transfer or mortgage the lease;
(b) sub-let or otherwise part with the possession of the land or
part of the land the subject of the lease;
(c) create an easement or easement in gross or a covenant or
covenant in gross; or
(d) agree to the creation of an easement or easement in gross or
a covenant or covenant in gross that authorises or restricts the
use of land the subject of the lease.
