41 Release of lessees in case of hardship
Where it is shown to the satisfaction of the Minister that the
payment of the full amount of rent under a lease under this Act will
entail serious hardship on the lessee, the Minister may remit the
whole or a portion of such rent for such period and on such terms,
as are prescribed or as the Minister thinks fit.
