22 Water rights
The ownership of an estate in fee simple, whether acquired under
this or any other Act, does not of itself confer on the owner any
property in, or the right to the use or flow or to the control of, the
water at any time in a lake, spring or watercourse on, in or under
the land comprised in the estate or contained by, or forming part of,
the boundaries of the land.
