18 Costs of survey, &c.
The Minister may determine that the person to whom an estate in
fee simple or a lease is granted shall pay an amount towards the
costs of:
(a) surveying the land the subject of the grant; and
(b) preparation and registration of the grant,
and, where the Minister does so, the Minister may fix that amount
or determine the manner in which the amount shall be fixed.
