100 Power to impound cattle or buffaloes trespassing and to
destroy pigs
(1) If any cattle or buffaloes are found trespassing on Crown land
(including reserved lands, but not including leased lands or lands
occupied under licence or agreement), any person authorised in
writing by the Minister to do so may impound them to be dealt with
according to law.
(2) A person authorised in writing by the Minister may destroy, without
compensation to the owner, any pigs trespassing on Crown land or
reserved land.
