63D Land to become part of park on surrender to the Crown—Kerang Regional Park If the land shown hatched on the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered LEGL./09‑318 is not surrendered to the Crown before the relevant reserve commencement, that land is taken not to be part of the park described in Division 4 of Part 4A of the Fifth Schedule until the title to the land is surrendered to the Crown.
