50B Eldorado Historic Reserve—Land not affected by enactment of certain Acts (1) Section 18 of the **National Parks (Box–Ironbark and Other Parks) Act 2002** is taken to have been enacted as if the land shown on the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered LEGL./02–077 did not include the land shown hatched on the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered LEGL./19–275. (2) Section 31 of the **National Parks (Additions and Other Amendments) Act 2004** is taken to have been enacted as if the land shown on the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered LEGL./04–032 did not include the land shown hatched on the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered LEGL./19–275.
