35 Deep Lead Nature Conservation Reserve (No. 2) On the commencement of section 18 of the **National Parks (Box-Ironbark and Other Parks) Act 2002**, the land delineated and coloured pink or coloured green on the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered LEGL./02–070, to the extent that that land is at or above a depth of 100 metres below the land surface, is deemed to be permanently reserved under this Act for public purposes, being, in particular, the purposes specified in paragraphs (l), (m), (n) and (o) of section 4.
