29D Minister may appoint an advisory committee The Minister may appoint an advisory committee consisting of officers of any government department or statutory authority concerned with mineral springs or mineral water and such other persons as the Minister thinks fit to report to the Minister before any lease or agreement is entered into pursuant to section 29A or section 29B.
