17I Transitional provision—Crown Land Legislation Amendment (Canadian Regional Park and Other Matters) Act 2016 A licence granted under section 17 or 17B for a purpose relating to apiculture by a committee of management that is Parks Victoria or by the Secretary, and in force immediately before the commencement of section 19 of the **Crown Land Legislation Amendment (Canadian Regional Park and Other Matters) Act 2016**, continues in force subject to its terms and conditions on and after that commencement until the earliest of the following occurs— (a) the licence expires; (b) the licence is cancelled; (c) a bee site licence is granted under section 142 of the **Land Act 1958** to the holder of the licence granted under section 17 or 17B in respect of more or less the same land.
