15B Delegation of functions, powers or duties of the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority as committee of management A committee of management appointed under section 14 that is constituted by the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority, by instrument, may delegate to any of the following persons or bodies any function, power or duty of the committee of management under this Act, other than this power of delegation— (a) a member of the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority; (b) the chief executive officer or an employee, or class of employee, of the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority; (c) a person or a class of person employed under Part 3 of the **Public Administration Act 2004** in the administration of this Act.
