#### 68 Divisions of the State—alteration or redefinition 68 Divisions of the State—alteration or redefinition > > (1) For the purposes of section 1.6 (5) (a) of the Act, a notice describing a proposal to alter or redefine the boundary between the Eastern and Central Division and the Western Division of the State is required to be published— > > > > > (a) in a newspaper circulating in the locality in which the alteration or redefinition of the boundary is to be made or a newspaper circulating generally in the State, and > > > > > (b) on the website of the Department. > > > (2) The Minister is to provide a copy of the notice to each of the following— > > > > > (a) the Registrar-General, > > > > > (b) the Surveyor-General, > > > > > (c) NSW Land Registry Services.
