For the purposes of section 12.21 (2) of the Act, the Minister is required to seek advice from each of the following on a draft State strategic plan—
(a) the Office of Local Government,
(b) the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council,
(c) NTSCORP Limited,
(d) the Office of Environment and Heritage,
(e) the Department of Planning and Environment,
(f) the Registrar-General.
