#### 64 Advice on draft State strategic plans for Crown land 64 Advice on draft State strategic plans for Crown land > For the purposes of section 12.21 (2) of the Act, the Minister is required to seek advice from each of the following on a draft State strategic plan— > > > (a) the Office of Local Government, > > > (b) the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council, > > > (c) NTSCORP Limited, > > > (d) the Office of Environment and Heritage, > > > (e) the Department of Planning and Environment, > > > (f) the Registrar-General.
